Room was cheap and staff appropriate. The food was savoury and there were lots of dishes in the menu. The beach near the hotel was stunning. Service was efficient in the smoking venue. Our stay was magnificent, good value.

Perfectly located hotel with elegant rooms and extremely comfy beds. Consistently courteous staff (as always). I got free upgrade and loved it. Fine check in and in general amazing service. I had an incredible stay, would recomand this place.

Unique units with 2 twin beds. There also was safe parking and well-maintained pool.

The venue was fairly clean & reasonably large. I enjoyed a traditional decor and dark furniture. Quiet bed. Free soft gins, cocktails, juices and tea in the outdoor bar, small parking place.

The room was airy, it was particularly good and the beds were lovely. The airport was 0.5 miles away from here, perfect location. Really kind staff and exceptional service all day long.

Lively staff, interesting building, impeccable rooms. Pleasant view of garden. They made my stay restful. Practical and handy location - near a metro station.

A familiar place to stay when in Mexico City. The American breakfasts were COMPLEMENTARY. The cozy room & tiled bathroom.

an ideal hotel in mexico city. everything was terrific, and it had fast wi-fi. the staff did all they can for an extra special stay.

Liked that the hotel was gorgeous. Employees of the property were friendly. The vegetarian breakfast was tasty with good choice of items to choose from. There is a lovely garden.

You can also visit Ponte Almeja Condesa that offers excellent meals. What's more, free Wi Fi was a bonus.

Breakfast was good, comfortable bed. Host was excellent! The restaurant was located within 800 feet.

Just a walk down to the restaurant El Califa. Mexico City is worth vacation, Chilpancingo subway station is 5 minutes walk for better exploring. We greatly enjoyed casa comtesse...
